Staff at Woolman Hill

Margaret Cooley, Executive Director, is responsible for the general management of Woolman Hill, including board interactions, finances, Quaker workshops, outreach and publicity. She lives nearby in Greenfield .

Mark Fraser, Facilities Manager and Head of Development, is responsible for the maintenance and physical running of our facility, as well as development efforts. Mark lives on the Hill with his wife Daphne and their children Maryand Sullivan.

Steve Howes, Conference Center Coordinator, has primary responsibility for hosting our non-Quaker rental groups, fielding e-mail and phone inquiries, and caretaking our cabins. Steve lives on the Hill with his partner Jensey (who works full-time for a nearby college).

Rob Zilin keeps our financial books straight (and writes our paychecks!).

Becca Howe works one day a week keeping the main building and the meetinghouse spotless. She has an eye for aesthetics, and also has a hobby of nature photography. Two of her photos grace the walls of the main building.
